Description of project: demolishing the existing garage in the rear yard of the property and replacing with a 606 sf accessory structure in a similar location (see site plan for exact location details). Structure will be approximately feet tall at its highest point with a 6 to 12 roof pitch. The additional height has been approved by special exception plnhlc2017-00870. The structure will have aluminum clad wood windows on the north and west facades and three skylights on the east side of the roof. An infill garage door will also be located on the east faade facing the alley and an aluminum clad door on the north faade. Proposed materials include (see attachments for material details): fiber cement lap siding and trim in smooth finish architectural asphalt shingles in dark neutral color aluminum clad door north faade aluminum clad wood awning windows north and west facades
