Demolition: remove ceiling end walls paneling, remove carpet in family room and laundry room. Reframe the walls if is necessary, install new insulation on exterior walls install new drywall ceiling and walls and patch the holes that the plumber will make in the first and second floor. Install 3 new doors, install ceramic tile 6inch and 24inch tile in family room and laundry room. Install new baseboard trim, paint 2 rooms in the basement and the first floor. Replace electrical panel. Replace existing lights with new recessed lights. Replace plumbing pipes throughout.
