SCORE 56 10 Annunciation St, New Orleans, La 70130 Hdlc - supplemental permit to 14-13477-rnvs: existing approved and permitted design. Upon removal of the existing stucco, a portion of the existing exterior masonry wall was found to be structurally compromised and must be demolished and rebuilt to correct the deficiency. Demolition of this portion of masonry wall was not on the original hdlc approved plans as it was a discovery condition. Please see the attached structural drawings illustrating the extent of the repairs and demolition. The intent is to rebuild the masonry wall to match existing.
