Description of approved work: installation of two (2) internally illuminated flat wall signs on the subject propertyone on the west side of the building, and one on the north side of the building with street frontage on 4 south. Installation of awnings on the front of the building which faces west. The awning extends around the building to the north side of the subject property. The property is located in the tsa-un-c (urban neighborhood transit area-core) zoning district. Construction shall meet all zoning ordinance requirements, adopted building code regulations, and the applicant will coordinate with all city departments for applicable approvals and permits.
