Approval to make changes in the area generally located in the west-central area of the park, in the vicinity of the concessions, amusement rides, tracy aviary, and park maintenance yard. Detail improvements are shown in the attached drawings, the following is a summary of the proposed work: 1. The majority of the change is the paving of this area, removing asphalt and concrete that is deteriorated and uneven and replacing it with concrete walk, stone paving, flagstone pathway and concrete pavers. 2. Upgraded entry plaza service entry with new concrete paving, smooth surface and curbless entry to the park. This will be the primary access from the parking lot to the park. A secondary entrance is a pathway through the wooded area, this asphalt path will be replaced with stone paving. 3. Upgrade circulation at the amusement plaza by replacing the asphalt with paving layout that will define the space for the amusement rides and differentiate the concession area. 4.
