There is 1 test pit location that is in public space on the driveway apron to the property. This permit application is to dig this single test pit. I had previously applied for this permit under tracking number 97586 and received approvals from siod, ddoe/se, and ddoe/wq, but the permit was cancelled because i did not submit my traffic control plan within 5 days. The tcp is included in this permit application.
