I live on a corner lot. I would like to fence in my yard; the 1 side and the front yard. The front yard (facing 54th st) will be a 42 inch high white picket fence made of wood and 50% open and the remaining side fence will be 6 ft white wooden fences with wooden lattice. I will not be fencing the side facing bass place nor the backyard as they both have existing fencing. Ive included sample pictures of what im planning the fence to look like; same style and material. The first attachment shows the actual design and site plan dimensions for the fence around the house (front and sides). I also attached the house plat that was provided by dcra (document #13: platwithfenceborder_sidefenceadjusted_7. 19. 16). I have dropped my request to replace fencing on the bass place side. Additionally i attached 5 pictures. Front yard pic and 4 shows the front yard as is today. Front yard pics 1-3 shows how the fencing previously looked. The new fence will border the front yard in the same fashion as pic

Ive already been approved for my front yard fence through the public space office. I would now like to apply to put up a fence on the non-public side of my house, between me and the neighbors yard, and replace the existing backyard fence. The backyard fence will be 6 ft. The side fence will be partially 4 ft and 6 ft. The fences will be made of wood. Tops application #169024 goes with this permit.
