Installing 3 monitoring wells in the sidewalk of m street s. E, 3 monitoring wells in the sidewalk of 1st street. The work will include a core through the concrete, drilling to a depth of feet below the existing grade, and installation of a grouted in-place 3. 34 inch diameter pvc inclinometer pipe with cap and manhole cover. There are a total of 6 locations. Three inclinometers (i-3,4, 5) are planned at sidewalk/entrance locations south of m street, between the public alley and first street, se and will require temporary diversion of pedestrian traffic during installation. Three inclinometers (i-6,7,8) are planned at sidewalk locations along the west side of first street, se immediately adjacent to the 99 m street support of excavation and are within the construction fencing. The installation is required by ddot to monitor for soil movement relative to the excavation and would remain in place for <12 months.
