Non structural renovation of 18 sqft single family home. Scope of work includes roof, siding, sheet rock, painting, flooring, and windows. Roof: replace roof with three-tab shingles, year paper, replace any rotten plywood. Siding: replace siding throughout exterior (hardy plank),replace any rotten wood (gables ,window frames ,corner boards, fascia . Etc). Windows: adjust as needed to open and close properly, replace any broken glass, glaze windows as needed install new windows as needed. Exterior paint: prep exterior of house prime and two coats of paint (behr paint to be used). Replace front and back porch lights. Framing: remove and reframe side wall ,adjust framing as needed throughout. Insulation: insulate all exterior walls. Electrical: replace all light switches, plugs, install ceiling fan combo lights throughout interior. Plumbing: replace all faucets ,and clean drains out throughout interior. Sheetrock: install sheetrock throughout interior, tape, float, finish and texture (light
