SCORE 67 329 East Capitol St Se, Washington, Dc 20003 We have excavated 4 inches of dirt from two areas in the front yard, totaling roughly 2 square feet. The first area being 5. 5f x 15f and the second area 18f x f. The dirt was removed in order to bring the grade of the new flagstone pavers down to the same grade as the sidewalks and leadwalks. The flagstone paved walkways and patio areas have already been approved and permitted by the ddot public space committee. However, i was told that any land disturbance of greater than feet needed a erosion and sediment control site plan. Keep in mind, the excavation has already taken place, but the new flagstone-paved walkways and patio areas have not been installed. Due to the excavation being only a few inches deep, we were not aware that a soil and sediment control site plan was required.
