This project is a relocation of the existing gac at asheville mall into a new tenant space. The tenant space was previously a cinnabon and a majority of the layout is existing to remain. (existing 3-cmpt sink, mop sink, water heater, etc. To remain) scope of work includes relocating one floor drain and hand sink, as well as some minor electric work (connecting new lights and equipment to the existing electrical service). The project is currently out for bid. I can tell you as soon as we receive some bids back, what the cost will be. For the time being, i think it is safe to assume that the cost of construction will be between 75,0 - 100,000. I will give you an exact number as soon as we have so
