Remove and replace damaged and deteriorated weatherboard to match existing in size, profile and color. Paint to match existingrefinish and restore front doors, paint to match existinginstall two security cameras under front balcony, per drawing received 4/22/15 and approved 4/23/15repoint brick on front facade using vcc approved mortar mix as follows: no more than 1 part portland cement, to 3 parts lime, 9 parts sand, and enough water to form a workable mix. Prepackaged mixes are not permitted. The resulting mortar should range in color from white to beige but should not be grey in color.
