Expedited change of land use type from threaded steel fastener manufacturing to food production (28,163 sqft building with occupancy classification of b, f-1, s-1). There is 2,345 sqft of existing office space that will be left as-is. The facility is for producing flour and corn chip products and will include production lines, ingredient storage, finished product storage. As part of the remodel, an equipment mezzanine of 1,615 sqft has been designed. New trench drains and plumbing is being added along with a new grease trap and sampling manhole. New restrooms are being added to bring the facility up to code compliance.
