Revision to b1605952. Remove new vinyl soffits from main and porch roof and restore underlying wood (too coordinate with hpo if it is too damaged). Replace back and front door, front door to be painted wood five- or six-panel door. Restore front transom over entry door and restore trim around the transom and door to be a consistent continuous casing. Open partition wall leading to living room. Paint exterior stucco. Replace 22 nails create half wall at kitchen dining room,turn one the bedroom into closets. No walls being moved. Replace 4 columns in front. Replace portion of back deck and steps. Replace rotted wood boards of front porch decking and paint the new wood. Replace roof shingles with same color, reframe kitchen window on right side of property, new appliances, new cabinets. Correction items: remove vinyl soffits at main roof and porch roof, restore to original. If wood is damaged beyond repair consult with hpo before repairs or adjustments.
