Add permanent glazed room dividers in an existing multi purpose room to create small conference room, office, class room. Service room adjacent to multipurpose room will be modified by moving a wall between the two rooms towards the multipurpose room. New base cabinet installed at two locations in service room and multipurpose room with existing mill-work. New 6 cabinet in service room will be installed where the existing sink was located. New sink connected to existing plumbing line. Relocate four existing electrical receptacles from demo wall to new partition. Install new interior windows to service room south and west wall. Reconfigure/relocate sprinkler head to code. Relocate one mechanical diffuser in class room.
