Revisions to previously approved pa67515. All items being revised (removed or value engineered) were proposed improvements that due to budget constraints cannot be done at this time. Per the discussions that cgs architects had in may 2013 with chris shaheen at op and juan amaya at ddot, the significant changes to the approved site package are as follows: 1. Removal of the proposed brick piers (9) 2. Elimination of proposed raised concrete curbs at walkways and parking 3. Substitute asphalt in lieu of proposed asphalt pavers at parking lot 4. Delete proposed brick pavers & provide scored concrete on all walkways within the interior of the site (not street sidewalks) in addition, there were some minor revisions to the proposed north stair (eliminated brick cheek walls) and the proposed handicap ramp (simplification of retaining wall and
