Finishing approximately 9 sq ft in basement, including living area, 3/4 bath and bedroom. The main living area is 684 sq ft, and will be framed with 16 inch spacing between studs. The insulation will be spray foam of approximately 2 inches on exterior walls and 3 inches in rim joists to meet code. There will be outlets every 12 feet to code, and 14 canned lights. Both walls and ceilings will have drywall installed. The bathroom will be 6 x 8, will have a 24 inch vanity, standard toilet, and 48 inch shower. It will include a light over the vanity, canned light in the shower and a bathroom exhaust fan. The bedroom will be about 2 sq ft, with 16 inch spacing on studs, spray foam insulation on exterior wall, and electrical outlets installed to code. There will one main light in middle of room and one light in closet. There will also be a light added to furnace room, that will have a louvered door.
