To install a new accessible ramp along the face of the building which will terminate at a new raised stoop, steps will lead from the stoop down along an existing bay projection, and to repair an existing covered area between the existing bays via a proposed planter box. A new awning will replace an old awning at the main building entry. The accessible ramp is necessary to serve the residents. Daffodil house is a non-profit organization that provides transitional housing for hiv residents and others with disabilities. The local anc is in support of the request and will be issuing a letter of support. Work will mostly be within the front yard and the private property , sidwalk and curb lane will always be clear
