This application is intended as a modification to approved building permit number b1301737. That permit did not include the existing porch, but it now appears that the porch needs substantial repair and replacement as well. This will add an estimated 10,0 to the cost. In addition the approved plans so two brick firewalls on either side of the previous kitchens, after gutting, it appears there is only one wall in front of the kitchen area. This wall be be retained only for support under the first floor. The second, rear firewall will be removed from the plans. I will come down to dcra to work these changes with the structural desk.
