Description of approved work: installation of two (2) signs on the north and south side of the corepower yoga lease space located within the trolley square site. Both of the proposed signs have back lit halo illuminated channel letters. Sign shall meet all zoning ordinance requirements, and the applicant will coordinate with all city departments for applicable approvals and required permits. Two (2) flat signs: (see approved plans for more detail) one flat sign on the north side of the building, and one on the west side of the building leased by the tenant corepower yoga both signs have individual backlit halo illuminated channel letters. North sign measurements: 34 square feet. North store frontage is 65 feet (65) west sign measurements: 56 square feet. West side of lease space has feet (70) of building frontage approved material for the channel letters: painted aluminum.
