Make repairs on the decatur st. Facade as follows: remove vegetation growing in masonry on all three levels, and repair cracks in brick masonry and stucco, and replace stucco in areas where it is missing entirly, all using vcc approved soft mortar/stucco mix. Stucco finish/texture should match existing. Repair/replace glass in dormer window, and on all french doors. Repair sagging/damaged/deteriorated door lintels on 2nd and 3rd floor. Remove non-conforming colored lighting at first floor level. Paint galvanized gutter and downspout, using a color to closely match the trim color on front of building.
