Replace existing brick retaining wall in front of property bordering on sidewalk. Demolish and remove existing brick wall from site. Demolish and remove existing concrete footing. Form and pour new reinforce concrete footing to 24 inch depth. New concrete footing to be 12 inch thickness and reinforce with #4 continuous. Install new cinderblock foundation for new brick wall. #4 vertical rebar every 16 on center. Install new brick wall same dimensions as existing. Backfill wall with #57 stone wrapped in fabric. Install 4 inch perorated drain pipe behind weep holes through #57 stone. Install terra cotta weep holes ever inch on center. Backfill wall with compacted fill dirt to underside of wall cap.
