To repair the granite fieldstone retaining wall in the front of the property. Repairs include crack repair and mortar replacement in areas where mortar loss and cracks are noted, corrective repairs and demolition and rebuilding of some sections as required. Stone will be salvaged where possible and care will be taken to recreate the flat decorative ribbon joints and maintain the original character of the wall. Also, to replace spalled bricks and complete as needed repointing on the rear faade, remove the wood bar and repoint as needed underneath and repoint around the back door as needed.
