Wax by paper and barber shop shaped bottom panel... 2010-33853 then requested bza to allow a new panel lower on the ground sign.... Denied by bza. Today request to change panel to allow barber shop and this new tenant: rocks & metal. No increase to size, weight, height..... Replacement only... Per pc--material is solid metal. No illlumination permitted to shine through sign background. Existing legal non-conforming pole sign. 1.
