Erecting non-structural walls to partition a new bathroom, a utility area, and a finished area with closet from current space. Adding hardwood or laminate flooring (currently concrete slab). Adding drop ceiling (currently no ceiling). Adding bathroom fixtures to rough-ed in area (bathroom rough-in completed by licensed professionals and not included here), including toilet and sink fixtures (no shower or bathtub). Replacing existing lighting and adding lighting, primarily led recessed lighting in the new drop ceiling with additional pendant lighting for accent. Adding two additional electrical circuit breakers (one for bathroom, one for finished basement area). Adding additional electrical outlets with gfci and afci protection. Moving existing electrical outlets to the new circuits as appropriate. Adding a "dry" bar in finished area.
