Remove and replace all the vertical siding and trim on the right elevation { north side }, the two sheets around the window behind the garage, install a 1x4 trim board over all horizontal flashing joints and along the bottom at the foundation line { the foundation line where there is not currently a trim board a piece of aluminum foundation cap will be installed over the bottom of the siding before the trim board is installed. }. Remove and replace the 1x4 trim board under the right window on the front and the trim board above the front stoop. Remove the piece of cottage lap siding on the front left side and manufacture 3 pieces of smart lap to match the existing siding as close as possible. Caulk all new materials. No painting included.
