SCORE 82 Suitland Parkway Se Northbound And Ramp To South Capitol Street Northbound Washington Parkway Nustar terminals operations partnership l. P. Proposes to complete the excavation of the jet fuel pipeline at 8 locations within district of columbia resources to locate pipe casings. All excavations will be completed with a vacuum excavator minimizing each excavation to no more than 16 inches in diameter. The majority of the excavations will be located in grassy areas. However, two (2) excavations will require coring of a bike path and a sidewalk. These two (2) of the locations will require lane closures, for which a traffic plan and traffic control will be provided. Upon exposure of the pipeline at each of these locations, wire leads will be attached to the line. The attachment point for the leads on the pipeline will be recoated and the leads will run up into a flush mount test station at the ground surface (see attached detail drawing). The excavation will be backfilled with the excavated soil and any penetrations through concrete/ asphalt will be patched with a proper material.
