SCORE 82 Suitland Parkway Se Northbound And Ramp To South Capitol Street Northbound Washington Parkway Nustar terminals operations partnership l. P. Proposes to complete the excavation of the jet fuel pipeline at 8 locations within district of columbia resources to locate pipe casings. All excavations will be completed with a vacuum excavator minimizing each excavation to no more than 16 inches in diameter. The majority of the excavations will be located in grassy areas.
