The front steps at 655 f street, ne are in need of repair. There are two flights of steps leading up to the front door from the sidewalk. The lower steps are concrete faced with brick. The upper steps are cast iron. Both are in disrepair. Project description for lower steps: the lower steps would be repaired. The loose bricks in the lower steps would be replaced with concrete. Project description for upper steps: the cast iron upper steps would be repaired and reinstalled. The risers are cracked and need to be repaired. The treads will be strengthened. The newel posts and railings will be repaired as necessary.
