Construct a temporary scaffold platform in the existing crossing dome of the upper church of the basilica for the purpose of removing existing all 3/4 inch thick gypsum plaster from the 4 vaulted guastavino tile pendentives, the ring and the spherical upper dome above including the sills, jambs and arched heads of the 36 existing stained glass windows and and re-plastering the guastavino tile surfaces with 3/4 inch thick portland cement plaster. All interior work. No permanent mechanical, plumbing or electrical work. Please note that the size of the crossing dome is 89 feet square and the height to the top of dome from the floor of the upper church is 159 feet.
