1. We will bring in our own dumpster and all layers of the existing roofing will be removed down to the wood deck and hauled away. 2. A 12 strip of ice & water protective underlayment will be installed to the wood deck at all eave edges. 3. New 24 gauge degree custom wide-faced drip edge metal (color of your choice) will be installed at roof edges (rakes and eaves). 4. A 3 strip of ice & water protective underlayment will be installed at all eave edges and in all valleys. An additional 3 strip (total of 6) of this protective underlayment will be installed at the eave edges to account of the oversized overhangs and allow for this protective underlayment to be installed a minimum of 24 within the warm wall as per local building code. 5. A synthetic shingle underlayment will be nailed to the remainder of the wood deck. 6.
