Residential re-roofing 1. We will bring in our own dumpster and all layers of the existing roofing will be removed down to the wood deck and hauled away. 2. The existing plank sheathing will receive new 7/16 osb to serve as new substrate. 3. A 12 strip of ice & water protective underlayment will be installed to the wood deck at all eave edges. 4. New degree drip edge metal (color of your choice) will be installed at roof edges (rakes and eaves). 5. A 3 strip of ice & water protective underlayment will be installed at all eave edges and in all valleys. An additional 1 1/2 strip (total of 4 ) of this protective underlayment will be installed at all eave edges to account of the oversized eave overhangs found on the residence. 6. A synthetic shingle underlayment will be nailed to the remainder of the wood deck. 7. New limited lifetime pabco premier architectural style asphalt shingles will be installed on the main section of the home in accordance with manufacturers specifications. The new
