Residential re-roofing 1. We will bring in our own dumpster and all layers of the existing roofing will be removed down to the wood deck and hauled away. (any deteriorated wood decking will be removed and replaced at an additional cost of 1. 75 per sq. Ft.) 2. A 12 strip of ice & water protective underlayment will be installed to the wood deck at all eave edges. 3. New degree drip edge metal (color of your choice) will be installed at roof edges (rakes and eaves). 4. A 3 strip of ice & water protective underlayment will be installed at all eave edges and in all valleys. 5. A synthetic shingle underlayment will be nailed to the remainder of the wood deck. 6. New limited lifetime pabco premier architectural style asphalt shingles will be installed in accordance with manufacturers specifications.
