Left message with contractor that they need to fill out driveway permit applica tion, contractor called back and stated that this job is too much of a hassle an d he may not do this job and wanted to k now if we would give back the money that he had paid, and he stated that i should hold on to this job until he calls back i have pulled his check out and placed it with his paper work in the hold file; cah deck & steps, concrete sidewalk & drive; recd driveway application and payment;c ah; traffic engineering approved as planned. Must contact steve snyder of engr dept 48 hours prior to drive entrance construction @ redacted phone number. End traffic engineering ; front setbacks to be measured from the existing right of way line. Side and rear setbacks are to be measured from property lines.
