A load change/reduction from an existing 2,9 seat theater to a 1,307 seat movie theater with an accessory fast food establishment (no seats) including a bar/cocktail loungue with 6 seats. New mechanical equipment located inside an existing mechanical room (interior work only)the project will renovate the existing loews amc theatre to include new seating, concessions, box office and update toilet rooms and corridors. Work will include removal of existing seating, concession equipment and flooring. New work will include construction of new seating platforms, adding new equipment and replacing some fixtures within the toilet rooms.
