Make safe permit - for repairs shoring of walls for joist replacement(up to 30%) with double 2x at 16" in exiting pockets. Replace 3rd floor rear wall with a 2x4 wall at 16", mechanically fastened to the exiting wall and the side walls. Shore bay window to replace steel lintel. Replace roof with 3 4" osb and reroof as per engineer report to satisfy case 473074. Abutting sidewalk must be closed with fencing a minimum of 6 in height. Separate streets department permit required for sidewalk closure. A separate permit is required for any additional alterations and interior finishes that are not specifically addressed on case 473074. Remove demolition of front 2nd floor deck.
