The work will be accomplished by the removal of all existing interior finishes throughout the building to the structural components of the building. Additional interior floor space will be realized by enclosing the current drive-thru of the bank, and the other over-hanging areas that currently exist on the building. The 1st floor atrium will be eliminated and the 2nd floor will be extended over the existing atrium space to create additional floor space.
