The applicant proposes to remodel the entry canopy, rehab the entry court landscape, and paint the building. The storefront and entrance at the rear will be replaced with a curtain wall glazing system with low iron low reflecting glass. The display window on the east side of the building, toward the street, will also be replaced with the same curtain wall system and opened up to the interior space. A new window with the same curtain wall system will be installed on the same faade toward the rear of the building. A new front entry canopy wall will be added and the existing soffit will be extended and wrapped around the east side of the building to create weather protection to the entrance way and entrance ramp. The canopy will be lined with "oko skin" which is concrete tile material. There will be frameless led light fixtures that are coordinated with the rain screen. The building will be painted a gray color similar to the color of the rain screen material. Signage is not part of this
