Exterior facade work- remove doors, frames and hardware entirely prepare area/frame opening to receive new work- remove storefront windows and frames. Prepare area, frame opening to receive new work- remove existing exterior soffit ceiling at entrances above door heads (in kind all windows and door replacement) - remove existing exterior wood panel knee-wall finish below storefront glazing at sidewalk, and continue along entire length of storefront.- remove existing exterior wood panel fascia finish above storefront glazing at sidewalk and continue along entire length of storefront - remove existing signage at wall above storefront roof. Wall setback beyond face of storefront. - remove area of roof & framing as necessary to allow for installation of security roll-down doors. See plan and details.- remove existing abandoned/exposed exhaust ducts at storefront roof entirely and provide weather-tight seam/seal at new/exist roofing intersection. (no structural ateration/work)
