Remove three existing ballast mounted sleds and install three new ballast mounted fiberglass canisters. Relocate four existing antennae (2/sector) and install two new antennae (1/sector) inside fiberglass canisters. Relocate two additional existing antennae and install one additional antenna to building faþade together with installation of fiber and electrical conduits and additional equipment inside an existing equipment room.

And 527 albany st.) ;clarifying verbage from alt1557 per request of building inspector. Cost reflected on alt155740.

Submit new fire protection plans pertaining to alt1557 per request of the building inspector reflecting placement of smoke/carbon units in office area and labeling each of 3 office spaces not labeled on prior fa drawings. Cost reflected on long form alt155740.

The applicant proposes to modify the existing wireless telecommunications facility by adding three (3) new panel antennas and three (3) remote radio head units together with supporting equipment. All work will be done pursuant to the bra approved plans provided herein.
