Application submitted while i was at the doctor on friday. Susannah accepted it and forwarded it to me. I have created the land record for the property. I found the correct name for the electrical contractor and updated his information. I changed the license number on the application for the me contractor to reflect the correct number and updated the privilige license information. I called the applicant to find out how much land distrubance should be attached to the grading permit and entered that on the permit. Driveway is checked, but it is hard to deteremine from the site plan if this is a driveway with easement across another lot or a new driveway for a subdivision, or exactly what the purpose is. I do not see an msd application so i assume that they submitted that themselves. As per city of asheville udo sec. 7-17-2, a lot that is only nonconforming due to the fact that it does not comply with access standards can be developed with one single-family residence if some form of legal access is provided the property.
