Requested that the owner obtain another engineer to provide suitable design. Requested load calculations from ken maultsby and made copies of his sealed drawing to forward to the engineering board. Per fire marshall and building inspector visit;sls; zoning permit review was on hold for an entire month awaiting requesting revisions form applicant. No site plan submitted. No scope of work submitted. Appears proposed pad to rear of building maybe located off-site inside what may be right-of-way? Swr april 14, 2008 2:23:25 pm stuartr zoning permit issued for interior work only. Pre-existing non-conforming use and structure. Current code will not allow any portion of this building to expand to the rear property boundary line. Must receive a site plan or survey drawn to scale showing location and the distance the exterior work is from said boundary. If said work crosses over the boundary line and into alley, applicant must submit documentation to show they own fee simple said land or must provide a easement from whoever owns land in said alleyway .
