Steinfeld additions/garage and sunporch; permit is for an addition to the existing single family residence and new construction of a detached garage and accessory apartment. The detached bldg must comply with setbacks 25 feet from street r. O. W. Line, 6 feet from side property lines and 6 feet from rear property line.; recd application for plbg to be added to permit application for future plbg;ch; front setbacks to be measured from the existing right of way line.
