Applicant must call the engineering department at redacted phone number at least 48 hours prior to construction.; front setbacks to be measured from the existing right of way line. Side and rear setbacks are to be measured from property lines. Setbacks also apply to porches, decks, etc.; call jim reato at redacted phone number to schedule inspection. To activate subcontractors permits call redacted phone number. Building review comments the approved plans with the review checklist and review comments are required to be on the jobsite for use by the field inspector(s). The building permit is required to be posted on the jobsite before an inspection can be made.
