Remodel residence and add porch and garage; xxxxxx per zoning---the front building line was adjusted to 11 feet. The new additon must meet an 11 front setback from the front right of way line.--e. Rufa & m. Wheeler, 2/15/ xxxxxx; lp gas furnace & ac system, replace one electric furnace with lp gas furnace and ac, note on applications says there will be 2 parts to this job, via fax richard cawthorn to sb; gas furnace & a. C. On lower level by thompson mech to sb.; msd approval recd by fax; front setbacks to be measured from the existing right of way line. Side and rear setbacks are to be measured from property lines. Setbacks also apply to porches, decks, etc.; met with bob thomson in plan review for 1-1/2 hours on 2/16 waiting for sketch of framing to indicate method of lateral support of the 12" block wall. Also waiting for written & sealed confirmation from the engineer for compliance with the minimum design criteria for elevated garage slab per section 301. 4 and table 301. 4 of vol. V
