Applicant has now decided to not do a family care home, just remodel the existing duplex. Applicant has deceided to remove deck/& ramp.; approved site plan in bldg safety folder; stop work order penalty per maro. Pmf; this certificate of occupancy issued to beverly rd, for use as a duplex. Ht; building comments; call harry taylor for building inspection at redacted phone number permit is for remodel of an existing duplex. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical work is included. Licensed contractors are required for plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work. All work will need to be inspected before it is covered up. A housing certificate will need to be obtained after the permitted work is finaled. Contact the housing division of building safety for a list of approved third party housing inspectors. Location: 2 to haywood rd, left on ramp, right on ridgelawn, left on beverly w.; zoning on hold. No site plan showing distances. Carport can not be approved. Unclear if applicant is attempting to create a third unit in basement. Records show 2 upstairs units. Concern that downstairs can not be conditioned if upstairs is non-conforming.
