SCORE 64 This project is actually a renewal of expired ddot permit no: pa97787. As the permit expired before work was completed, our desire is to simply renew the existing permit. Email correspondence with catrina felder on 12/31/2015 provided the following instruction: "danny, if you have not already done so, you must reapply and upload the expired permit (we have no way to renew once its expired in the tops system). Do the exact same permit and upload the exact same documents and i can treat it as a renewal application once its been assigned to me.
