Modular construction validation stamp from the n. C. Dept. Of insurance, engineering division shall be affixed to modular dwelling. Swr august 17, 2007 8:22:14 am stuartr this lot is a through lot with public right-of-way on both the front and rear. Applicant supplied site plan did not show right-of-way location. A home of this size, the minimum off-street parking requirements and a septic system and repair area do not appear to be able to fit on this size parcel. However, applicant hand drawn plan shows proposal will meet minimum zoning requirements. Highly recommend applicant hire surveyor to assist applicant to clearly identify and mark location of property boundary lines and right-of-way lines and the distances to the foundation of the new construction prior to calling and requesting building foo
