Use manual on pier and anchor strap spacing. If manufacturer set up requires footings, then a footing inspection is necessary prior to placing concrete. The floors are unstable, he has gone through the floor and landlord did patch floor. Has fire alarms, but they are not wired in/hooked up. Pjk; february 11, 2013 11:34:59 am pamk. Met mr. Nicholas smith (tenant) at the house for a site visit and discovered the following: 1. The heat is provided by an electric furnace that uses an extremely high amount of electricity. The furnace did not cycle off during the visit. The controls may not be functioning correctly. 2. The furnace and water heater were correctly fused in the electrical panel. 3. Parts of the floor is caving in and needs repairing. 4. The smoke detectors are not working. 5 the kitchen range does not work. 6. The back door does not close properly allowing air to draft into the house. In attached doc.
