Sumaya, i have been looking over the applications that were submitted to start on the new habitat homes on west chapel rd. At this time i cant start processing any of those applications. The issue that we currently have is that the demolition permit, 15-14208, has not been kept in compliance for grading and erosion inspections and it has not been issued a co for completion of the work. I went to the site on monday and there has been work done on the site without proper erosion control measures installed. None of the preliminary or routine inspections have been called in. We must ask that you bring that site into full compliance in accordance with the approved permit documentation that was issued. When you have accomplished these steps we can begin looking at the development steps to get the new homes under construction.
