Repair: shutters, decking, steps, trim and wood railing (to match existing). Replace (2) light fixtures on the dumaine elevation with baxter light outdoor hanging lantern per application and materials recieved 2 22 17 and stamped vcc approved on 2 22 17. Replace ridge tile on roof to match existing. All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Failure to exactly match materials, details, profiles, exposures, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work. Note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
